Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. For a download problem include the download ID shown in your account; for a payment include the amount, date and payment method. Payments are final; if something went wrong on our side we credit your wallet — see the refund policy.

Abuse reports
To report misuse of the service, email the same address with the subject "Abuse" and the links or account details involved.
Copyright notices
Send notices to [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice". What to include is listed in section 5 of the terms. We act on valid notices promptly.
