Terms of Service

1. The service

DebridMaster ("we", "us") is a cloud downloader. When you submit a link to a supported file host, we obtain the file through our own premium accounts or partner download services, download it to our server, verify it (exact size, not an error page), and give you a download link to our copy. Links stay valid for 72 hours and support resuming; after that the stored copy is deleted.

The list of supported hosts, their live status and any daily bandwidth limit per user are published on the status page. Hosts can change their systems, block access or remove files at any time. We may add or remove hosts, change limits, or pause a host without notice when that is needed to keep the service working.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in.
  • One person per account. Do not share, sell or resell access to your account, your API keys or the download links we generate.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Wallet, prices and plans

  • Paid use is prepaid. You top up a wallet in US dollars through the payment methods shown at checkout. Top-ups of $10, $20 and $50 or more receive a 10%, 15% and 20% bonus credit. Wallet credit does not expire.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Pay-as-you-go downloads are charged per GB of the verified file; "Plus" hosts count at a higher rate, shown on the host page.
  • When you submit a link we place a temporary hold for the file's size. The hold becomes a charge only after the file has been downloaded to our server and verified. If anything fails before that, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
  • Monthly plans, when offered, include a data quota for the period. Terms specific to a plan are shown when you buy it.
  • Wallet credit is not cash, has no value outside DebridMaster and cannot be transferred. All payments are final — see the refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DebridMaster to:

  • download, store or distribute content you do not have the right to access, including material that infringes copyright;
  • obtain any illegal content, including child sexual abuse material — we report such material to the authorities;
  • distribute malware or use our links to host content for others;
  • resell our service, or share generated links publicly (for example on forums or in bulk link lists);
  • overload or probe the service, bypass limits, or automate requests beyond what the API documents;
  • pay with funds or payment methods you are not authorised to use, or file unfounded payment disputes.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules; the balance of an account closed for breaking them is forfeited.

We do not host a public library of files: each copy is made for one account at its request and deleted after its link expires. We respect copyright and act on valid notices. If you believe a link generated by DebridMaster infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

  • the work you claim is infringed and the DebridMaster link or original host link concerned;
  • your contact details;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We disable the affected link and stored copy promptly, and we close accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep DebridMaster available and fast, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that any host, file or speed will be available at any time. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut the service down, we will announce it at least 30 days ahead so remaining wallet balance can be used.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. File hosts and third parties

DebridMaster is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any file host. Host names are used only to describe compatibility. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we give notice on the site or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
