How does the free tier work?
Paste a link in your account and press "Free download": 2 files a day, up to 512 MB each and 1 GB a day in total, on standard hosts (Plus hosts need credits). The allowance resets on a rolling 24 hours and is shared by everyone on the same network. Free links unlock after a short wait and stay valid for 24 hours. Free downloads are not available over VPNs, proxies or throwaway e-mail addresses. For bigger files, pay per GB from your balance.
Which hosts count as Plus?
FileJoker, FilesMonster, Upstore. Traffic on these hosts costs more for us, so 1 GB downloaded from a Plus host counts as 3 GB of your quota or credits.
Do pay-as-you-go credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. You pay for the exact bytes of each file, never a rounded-up block.
What happens with a dead link?
Nothing is deducted. Only completed downloads count toward your quota or credits.
How does rollover work?
Unused monthly quota carries into the next month, up to the cap listed for your plan (5 GB on Pro, 10 GB on Premium).
