FilesMonster (filesmonster.com) is one of the rarest hosts to find on any debrid, and one of three Plus hosts on DebridMaster. It is served through our partner network with a published daily cap. This guide takes a filesmonster.com link from paste to file, shows the ×3 cost, and explains how to handle folder pages, since the app takes file links rather than folders.

Before you start

  • Check the host status. The FilesMonster page and the status page show live availability, the 7-day success rate, and the daily bandwidth per user. FilesMonster routes can have rough hours; a failed attempt costs $0, but the status page saves you the wait.
  • Check the file exists. Open the filesmonster.com link in a normal tab. If the host says the file was deleted, no debrid can bring it back. DebridMaster detects dead links and charges nothing.
  • Have credits. FilesMonster is a Plus host and is not on the free tier. The smallest top-up is $2, which covers about 1.3 GB at the Plus rate. Top up with crypto via Cryptomus or with PayPal.

Open your account or the home page and paste the FilesMonster file link, which looks like https://filesmonster.com/download.php?id=…. The box confirms “FilesMonster link detected”; press Download. If you are not signed in, sign in and the link goes through right after.

FilesMonster folder pages (folders.php?fid=…) are not accepted yet — DebridMaster resolves individual files only. To download a folder:

  1. Open the folder on filesmonster.com in your browser.
  2. Copy each file’s download.php?id=… link.
  3. Paste them into the app one after another. Each becomes its own job, they run in parallel, and each is verified and billed individually.

A folder of eight files is eight pastes, which takes about a minute.

Step 2: we fetch and verify

DebridMaster fetches the file from FilesMonster to our own server through a partner backend. If one route fails, the request falls back to another automatically; you do not need to resubmit. The job shows queued, then fetching.

When the file lands it is verified: size must match what FilesMonster reported, and the content must be a real file rather than an error page. The charge happens only after that check. A dead link or a broken fetch is marked failed and nothing is deducted.

Step 3: download at full speed

When the job is ready you get a direct link to our copy:

  • Served from our edge, limited by your connection.
  • Supports HTTP Range requests: pause, resume, and several connections at once in IDM, FDM or aria2. See resuming large downloads with a download manager.
  • Valid for 72 hours. A resumed transfer is not charged again.

What a FilesMonster download costs

FilesMonster counts ×3. Pay-as-you-go is $0.50 per GB on standard hosts, so $1.50 per GB here, billed to the byte:

File size Pay-as-you-go cost
300 MB $0.45
1 GB $1.50
2 GB $3.00
4 GB $6.00

Top-up bonuses apply to the credit ($10 → $11, $20 → $23, $50 → $60), so a $20 top-up covers about 15.3 GB of FilesMonster at an effective $1.30 per GB. Credits never expire. On the monthly plans a FilesMonster GB draws 3 GB of quota. Use the calculator on the pricing page for a specific file, and read understanding Plus hosts and the ×3 rate for why the multiplier exists.

The 15 GB daily cap

FilesMonster’s published daily bandwidth per user is currently 15 GB, reset at 00:00 UTC; the live number is on the host card and the FilesMonster page. It counts bytes fetched from FilesMonster, not file count, and it is separate from the caps on your other hosts. For a large folder, spread the pastes across days.

Troubleshooting

  • “That host is not on our list yet.” Paste a filesmonster.com/download.php?id=… file link, not a folder page or a shortened link.
  • Job failed. Check the status page. If FilesMonster is degraded, wait and retry; the failed attempt cost $0. If the host’s own page says the file is gone, it is gone.
  • Not enough credit. Plus hosts need credits even for small files. Top up from $2.
  • Daily cap reached. Wait for the 00:00 UTC reset.
  • Slow download from our link. Use a download manager with several connections.

FAQ

Do I need a FilesMonster premium account? No. You need only a DebridMaster account; the premium side is handled by our partner backends.

Which debrid services support FilesMonster? Very few. The verified table is in which debrid supports FilesMonster.

Can I paste a folder link? Not yet. Paste the individual file links from the folder page, one per submit.

Is FilesMonster on the free tier? No. It is a Plus host and needs credits.

How is the daily cap different from the ×3 rate? They are separate. The cap (15 GB per day) limits how many bytes you can fetch from FilesMonster in a day; the multiplier sets how much credit each of those bytes costs. A 5 GB file fits inside the cap and costs $7.50 at the Plus rate.

What if the fetch is slow? The fetch step runs at FilesMonster’s speed toward our servers, which varies by hour. Once the job is ready, the download from our link is at full speed regardless. If the status page shows FilesMonster as degraded, waiting an hour usually beats retrying.

Paste a FilesMonster file link on the FilesMonster page to start.
